Judge Gregory R. Werner addressed reports that accused child killer Letecia Stauch allegedly flipped off witnesses during their testimony. Letecia is on trial for murdering her stepson, Gannon Stauch, in Colorado then stuffing his body in a suitcase and dumping it in Florida in 2020.

I’ve read a lot of people blame Al also. Let me throw in another perspective; this woman no doubt had NPD. That being said, she would have been lying to Al all along. I’m sure she was making up all kinds of negative things about Gannon that were untrue. She would have said anything to give people the impression she was a good person. If Gannon had stomach problems, she probably poisoned him. You don’t know the manipulation and lies they will tell you unless you have ever had one in your life.
Didn’t she try to plead temporary insanity? This really wasn’t the way to go about that

I think the judge is brilliant in addressing Leticia. He explains his understanding for the behavior outburst. He explains every option available to him to remedy the situation should it continue, lets her know that the jury who will be passing judgement have seen the behavior and that it does not bode her well. He remains calm and non judgemental and explains that he is rearranging the court room to give him the line of vision that he previously did not have of her. His calm measured and thorough addressing of her behavior, leaves no room for appeal from her.
