The defense team for accused quadruple murderer Bryan Kohberger filed official paperwork with the court declaring his alibi for the night four University of Idaho students were brutally stabbed to death in 2022. Kohberger claims he was out driving on the night of November 13 to look at the moon and stars. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber debates the strength of this alibi with criminal defense attorney Andrea Burkhart.

  1. I wonder if anyone has drove his car around the same places, at the same time, and day, and got the surveillance video of it, and done a comparison between the two sets of videos?

  2. They found that knife sheath in the bedroom next to one of the bodies lol. You can't get your DNA on something in someone's room without having physical contact with them… that's absurd

  3. I am sorry, but Kohberger is getting off on prolonging this gong show. The arrogance he displays by delaying legal process is disgusting. My heart goes out to the families who have no power or control over proceedings 🙁

  4. All he has to do is say which route he took to the park? His whereabouts before and around the times? Any innocent man would have done the above from day one,facts..cctv buying groceries and his phone pinging and more prove he didn't go to the park..why was his phone off? Simple question,,he won't answer ?

  5. Something is very fishy in this case. I hope they haven’t just picked a man they find strange and pin the crime on him. The killer must have had cuts on him. I don’t believe all of them just got stabbed and didn’t fight or scratch, etc. they could have planted the sheath. Whoever did it has to have some sort of ties to these kids?

  6. Any chance the stargazing photos were set up on a tripod and taking auto set pictures? Phone left there too at a spot.. possible

  7. My guess is the authorities have the Lo-Jack data and they won't release because it's not in their favor. Lo-Jack is on all cars since maybe 2000.

  8. Spoiler alert: He did it.
His dna didn’t get on the knife sheath because he was star gazing. 🙄

  9. It remains to be seen if the man is guilty, convicted or otherwise, but future generations of sick f*ck will have a clearer roadmap to success because of this case.

  10. Is it so much nicer to run in November at 2AM until 6AM? 😂😂😂

  11. His alibi doesn't matter, there is irrefutable evidence he was at the crime scene, and it couldn't be faked. They had the dna weeks before they knew who's it was.
