15. Why was that Cameroonian woman even held in a detention center in the first place, given that she's been living in the US since age two (and is now old enough to have a child)? Why not let her stay, not detained, of course, or simply deport her? Are there legal reasons for not either letting her stay or deport her?
    (I am not of the opinion that she should be reported. I don't know if there'd be legal grounds for that and I also wouldn't want her to be deported for ethical reasons.)
