They do not have to have the car towed if there is someone else to drive the car, they did this to harass and extort these people even further and violate their civil rights by illegally searching ie inventory search and yet the corrupt judges, prosecutors and district attorney’s allow them to do it

The hug the tow driver got makes it look like they are related. Their policy seems to be to get some money for the tow truck driver. The report did not show anything and Cell Phone, Violin are items that should be on the report.
