Indian River County, Florida — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office released body camera video of the rescue of a woman from her car that was overturned in a canal Saturday. On July 23, 2022 Deputies responded to a roll-over crash that landed in a canal with water in the 6700 block of 57th Street the morning of Saturday. A single occupant was trapped in the vehicle, suspended upside down by her seatbelt. While deputies worked to extract her, the woman’s face became submerged in water. Sheriff’s Deputy Quang “Tony” Le was able to cut the driver’s seatbelt and pull her face from the water. Indian River County Fire Rescue assisted and was able to load the woman onto a back board to be transported. She was airlifted to Lawnwood Trauma Center in stable condition.

  1. Thanks for sharing the life saving work as well… yes this comment section is mostly based and makes fun of scum who deserve to take the dirt nap but It’s great to see these more often.

  2. I keep a life hammer in my vehicles just in case something like this should happen to me or someone else. Required in Euro police cars but not in America for some reason.

  3. Hopefully the people screaming 'DEFUND THE POLICE" see videos like this where the police are just people helping other people in terrible situations. Like they usually are!

  4. Im so glad to hear she was okay. It must be terrifying, getting into a crash like that, and then being unable to move, disorientated, as water slowly submerges your head…

  5. 2:50 my girl Linda didn’t mind the handsome police officer helping her lol
In all seriousness hope she’s doing alright !

  6. I appreciate your continue dedication & consistency despite being completely demonetized👏🏾 I think you should make merch & sell it✨
