The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Vidal Hernandez. He was last seen at 1:51 A.M., on Wednesday, July 7th, 2021, on the 27XX block of Daly Terrace.
He is 5’6″, 130 lbs, thin build, medium brown complexion, red braces, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing black ripped jeans and black Nike Air Max sneakers.
