The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 55-year-old Missing Person Joseph Valente. He was last seen at 4:00 P.M., on Monday, May 17th, 2021, on the 10XX block of 66th Avenue.
He is 5’11”, 150 lbs., thin build, fair complexion, gray hair and brown eyes.
