9:37 pleading for a second chance and then saying "I didn't do nothing" is wild. That just shows she is not taking responsibility or learning her lesson. Plus, "didn't do nothing" is a double negative. It technically means "I did do something." In a weird way I guess she just confessed 🤷♀
That arrest was completely unjustified. She was arrested because she irritated the officer and no other reason.
Her dropping the F-bomb multiple times isn't the issue. It's knowingly parking in an HCAP spot multiple times.

I'm sorry, but in her defense…an office in Missouri(my neighbor at the time), said it is definitely not illegal to cuss at or say whatever you want to a police officer. It's when someone else (neighbor, passerby, etc,.) is 'offended' by what the person says…that's when it becomes a legal matter. That being said, the parking in a handicap parking, is definitely unacceptable. My heart goes out for her and her kids.
