Why don't they immediately call for translators, or use cell phone translators? For the suspect and the witnesses both? I feel like a defense lawyer could argue that the language barrier made the encounter with the suspect unfair and could get his charges dismissed.
Why dont tbese officers use a translation program? This guy is evil, and he'll learn Engrish while in prison. He will learn how to be a better criminal 🤬
