  1. She really thinks that the rights are read at the time of arrest and not during the questioning during the arrest like its a get out of jail free card.😂 I wish these body cams would be shown in court. I also wish cops could be blunt and call this shit out for how stupid it is.

  2. …and there goes the cell phone. Every single stop, someone is on the phone. On many, the person on the other end of the phone call will come out and try to disrupt things. Suspects don't pay attention to the officer while they're tapping and scrolling away… On, and yep, the brother is on the way. Wanna bet he shows up hostile and tries to intimidate the officer? The yelling, "You're grabbing me, you're grabbing me, you're grabbing me for no reason," is a narration to her brother so he shows up properly worked up. (I'm betting he won't come alone.) We need to pass laws to ban cell phones on traffic stops and on arrests.

  3. When she keeps asking the officer to come over to her side, instead of asking over and over, could the officer not say, "It's not safe for me to stand so close to traffic. Officers have been injured in the past standing there." It would absolutely be true, although the officer obviously has other reasons for going to the passenger side, it would likely calm down anyone who's questioning them standing on the passenger side.

  4. Not obeying the police is doing something and you get your rights read after you’re in cuffs not before. Is she slow or just on the short yellow bus 🚌. Has open containers of liquor in the car, thought you gave them insurance but you didn’t and say your brother is coming with it. Why would your brother have insurance info on your vehicle you’re driving. Who cares about a masters degree when you’re not obeying and refusing to get out the car and asking them to read your rights when you’re being pulled out the car

  5. Why do so many people think the word lawyer means they just get away with it scot free? The few times someone has called their lawyer during a stop the lawyer tells them the cops haven't done anything illegal and to comply.

  6. No, you don’t have a lawyer. I call your bluff cause all you’ve been doing is lying. Why would they trust anything you say and the way you’re acting is ridiculous. You’re like a ltoddler literally. Grow up.
