I feel a little bad for the first situation. Obviously mental illness. My late brother was similar unfortunately. I feel awful for the law enforcement that are in danger dealing with such an unpredictable situation.
I wish we had better mental health services in our country. We couldn't get my brother hospitalized so he could be medicated for scizophrenia as he refused. We had no power to have him treated.
I feel terrible for his mother.

The sheer number of people who will claim that they can't breathe somewhere in the middle of 15 uninterrupted minutes of screaming at the top of their lungs. Like, some of it seems downright anatomically impossible. Maybe they all practice circular breathing techniques.
