As a guy who works for Allied Universal, I can confirm they hire anyone and everyone and do not care about them or where they came from. I've only been here 4 years and I've seen some amazing people leave willingly because the company is shit, and I've seen the worst people that got hired because the company is shit. They keep losing contracts left and right, as well. Not a good company to work for, but there is worse out there

This whole "dont touch me" to the police wave is actually ridiculous. Just as stupid as "i want your supervisor!" as if the police are gonna say okay and just leave. This woman needs to be committed.

Their new hiring process change that same date they now ask you 3 questions before asking for an application.
1. Are you a people person or a voices in your head person? If the answer is voices person, who's voices do you hear? and what do they say?
Note the allied universal supervisor shows up to tell the police the lady was hearing demons etc and had "just been rehired". So they know she's nuts and hired her for a security job anyway.

I’m concerned with the way she was spoken to. I’ve seen police speak to people who Overdosed With more compassion. She’s already having a mental health crisis. Y’all done knocked her wig off and now you’re speaking to her crazy. 5 minutes in and I’m not hearing her curse once, I could be wrong. Soft skills are critical when serving the community.
