Cop cars need the ability to be shut down if they are stolen. Another thing I don't understand, not about this video, but, why are civilian cars even manufactured to go over 80 mph? There is no reason a person should have the ability to go over 80 on public roads. You make cop cars faster than everything else on the road and you end this fleeing epidemic people seem to have.
