Oh snap, I feel another “Lebowski” epic coming.
There are a lot of strings in the older Duder’s head.
*Sshole cop standing in his landscaping is disrespectful wtf
Professional sgt for a change
Life in corrupt America. Corrupted trickles down. Takes corrupt ppl to do work like reposessions or issuing fines to taxpayers using tax payer property like parking on the street downtown. We need penalties for corruption. If it's bad for the community on a large scale, it should be a problem to be dealt with.
Knowledge is power.
Loan company trying to pull a fast one here, to gain possession of the car's without going through the courts
Any 6 month cop should know this is a civil problem straight away. I would have been out of there in a ny minute. They have no business or authority here. Sgt had his shit together.
So they didn't have the proper paperwork and they involved police creating a public disturbance.
Why weren't they fined or arrested?
“We got a call”, the classic fall-back line of low IQ cops…
If I had a dollar for every time I've heard "there's nothing I can do, the 'system' blah blah blah"…and of course the cops always believe the corporations.
Wow, a reasonable sargeant who understands the law? What kind of unicorn is this?
Why are cops even involved in a civil matter? Dispatch should have declined the call.
Dude sounds excatly like Shyne…
Sergeant Page may have earned a B+ , but it’s obvious the other officers shouldn’t be lumped into that grade.
It fecks me off when police are given powers over what are essentially civil matters. When a business can use police as civil enforcement, the people need to fire them ALL and start the whole system again from scratch.
Sarg had to send mouth breather on a mission before he made things worse "Hey can you go to that other thing" LOL
Cop trying to steal his Sht Sue the cops and tow yard sounds like a tow yard scam
They thought the home owner was a schmuck. When that didn't work they KNEW the cops were a bunch of schmucks
If it weren't for the supervisor, I do believe those officers could have been charged with aiding and abetting grand auto larceny.
More cops who don't know the law. Always record them. They will always make fools of themselves on camera
Thought he was a schmuck, but when he wasn't they found a cop that was a schmuck.
It seems like they just learn the law as they go, instead of learning the law before they become law enforcement.
That sergeant is an excellent law enforcement officer. Kudos sir!
Bro silence your phone
🪠outsmarted the cops
Why are there like 10 cops for a civil matter?
Cops no longer “protect” and “serve” and haven’t in decades.
The police’s jobs have been relegated to being lapdog enforcers for the antichrist, as well as revenue generators for the surveillance state
One solution would be for them to offer to pay for the storage and transport in exchange for possession of the vehicles. If, and only if, the liability to keep the vehicles safe is transferred/assumed as well.
Very informative thank you for your work.
This guy is hard to listen to. Just wanting attention
Cop costume had clown glasses in the bag ..niiccee.
Police don't follow laws. They follow policies.
I live next to Pelham it’s crazy cuz it’s one of the Richest towns in the area. They’re just bored
3:41 that's rich
As others have said I think the officers should have been graded separately. The first one was a D or even F. He was combative, unprofessional and clearly biased for the tow company. The Sargent was an A. He diffused the situation and did the proper thing of telling everyone to leave and handle it in the courts.
Also whoever owns these vans is clearly a total POS scum who I’m sure owes money to everyone in town.
This is civil not criminal wth are cops doing there?
Position is nine points of law.
Bankrupt company, everyone is scrambling for assets…a true case of "possession is 9/10ths of the law" LOL
