The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person, Cannon Cesar. The 41-year-old male was last seen on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 1:15 p.m., on the 15XX block of Van Kirk Street.
He is 5’5″ tall, weighs 245 lbs, has brown eyes, and a heavy build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a black stripe and khaki pants.
