The police in and around Quirino is known as very corrupt and the gang has not much to fear from it.

Barangay Quirino is a moderate sized enclave in Quezon City and is off the beaten path to tourists.
There are gangs in that area but are small time especially when compared to big time street gangs such as True Brown Style, Temple St. or Bahala Na.
In fact there are more dangerous areas in QC such as Payatas.
Now with this documentary, The QCPD should relieve its officers under that jurisdiction and set up more patrols. The fact Camp Karingal is not far from Barangay Quirino.
