Does calling it domestic violence reduce the charges? WTF? That man shot his stepmother to murder her. He would have shot her again if not for a great group of humans who stopped him. The woman would have died if not for other great humans. Her road to recovery, which may never be 100%, will take longer than the 3 yr sentence!?!?!?!? That is NOT justice!!!!!!
