I think this is an example of true psychosis on immediate display. Not the worst I've ever seen, but not good and not safe for anyone.
Her laughing could be considered cruel & unusual punishment for anyone with the misfortune of being her cell mate.
Her mother should have swallowed her. What’s even scarier than her is, if she can find someone that is crazy enough to breed with her, she can go ahead and spread whatever her crazy is to the next generation. There should be laws against obvious psychos being allowed to spread their genes to innocent children who didn’t ask to exist.
That is a girl who has never gotten a desperately needed attitude adjustment zero respect, and typical of way too many of today’s teens. If I would have talked to my mother like that or dared to raise my hand to her, I would likely still be unconscious. Thankfully, I was raised to respect my parents.

It’s obvious that her mother was too soft on her and she probably has a bipolar disorder cause the way she acted towards her mother and then changed her behavior towards the officer seems to be that she doesn’t have a father around and is disturbing because my stepdad if any of my sisters pulled that crap towards my mother like she did she wouldn’t be able to sit for days!!
