Terrible police work to not get a conviction. If a murderer is smart and gets a lawyer the police/stare should still be able to convict them. It is like they are blaming him having a lawyer. They should be planning for everyone to lawyer up. Every single person knows to get a lawyer and to never talk to police without one.
