    Officer safety has to be the most COWARDICE thing ever said by cops.
    It's like they purposely recruit these officer of the back of the short yellow bus or cause of DEI quota or affirmative action these people are extremely ignorant of the laws they're supposed to enforce especially the female ones then out of these idiots the promote then to supervisor or higher, pathetic MORONS.

    He was obviously casing the neighborhood. And he will obviously use the lawsuit money to further his daughters education and buy her a house, and not use it to sell drugs and blow it on cars and whatever other stupid crap

    The true is the harassment is not just that they are following him. What's the constant engagement starting asking questions he doesn't want to answer "and then demanding I.D remember had to give" Intel detained him war threats of arrest. Turn on extremely frustrating to anyone what's particularly black American , even when another officer of color is present. More likely than not all are stupidly back the blue.

    This man had every right to defend himself against these stormtroopers. That's right, I don't care about positive law. Natural law is the only true path to freedom, and under natural law, if someone is harassing you, you have the natural right to defend yourself regardless of what magic suit one is wearing.

    Tbf, 50% chance he was going to rob one of those houses. 50% chance he wanted this to happen to make a lawsuit. Either way legal or not there is not a good reason to do what he was doing. If he could buy one of those houses he would be in a vehicle and likely wouldn't be talking the way he does. 🤷 They should've just let him know they're patrolling around there and let him go.

    The guy should have walked the deputy right through the whole neibourhood, miles from his car, or called the cops telling them he's being followed by a black man who is armed and won't leave him alone. That cop has to be fired, he is obviously policing that neighbourhood on some ones request (probably a Judge, Police Chief or some one with clout) that sees blacks or strangers a threat and dosen't want them on THEIR streets, they make the area look untidy and rough. How poetic if the guy wins enough money, in a law suit, to buy several houses in that same neighbourhood that he can rent out to more black families, courtesy of the local police. The only criminals on those streets were the cops, demanding ID with no cause, going hands on and physically stopping the guy, falsely arresting the guy, and false charges, nevermind the numerous times they violated the constitution. It should come out in court, by seeing the police records, who made the call and what was reported and IF the call was made a member of the public, THEY should be charged along with the police.
