The ice cream man’s ex-girlfriend testified in court Monday that Michael Keetley was actively looking for the people who shot him in January 2010. Keetley is accused of shooting two brothers ten months later on Thanksgiving Day out of revenge for that attack. The suspect’s ex-girlfriend told jurors Keetley bought a new gun after the attack that was more comfortable for his hands. The defense team claims Keetley could not carry out the murders because of the injuries he sustained when he was robbed and beaten in January.
