Josh Smith just wanted to get some fast food from "Humdingers" in Montrose, Colorado, but three police cars were blocking the drive-thru. The cops had just found a sex toy in the car they were searching in the parking lot, and they were goofing off with it. But Josh was hungry. He told them to "move their shit out of the way, dickheads." He was eventually pulled over about a mile away and ticketed for "an obscene gesture."

Montrose PD has been extremely crooked for decades now … They are in kahoots with the town next to them DELTA as well both actively engage in criminal action against the public every day. The district attorneys office and the probation officer work extremely hard to target the public to gain financial power for their personal gain.

Lol i used to do this to my brothers probation officers they would get so mad but im just talking shit they would always search the whole house and not just comon areas and his room he was not a violent felon lol they searched every room multiple times and basically opened a safe in my room then pointed a gun at my head so yea i didnt stop talking shit it was the most angry i ahve ever seen cops get just calling them rookies and noobs lol 😂 they had to come and apologize to me lol and i feel afraid to report them or talk about what they would do to us watching you shows me alot of rights and things iv been violated agaist by police but mostly the cops iv encountered are good but have bad supervisors

I keep writing the same things when I see these videos. It is the cops boss the chief, the prosecuting attorney and the judge that support horrific cop behavior. For everyone of these videos the chain of command should be listed not just the dumb ass cop or deputy. Accountability is all about the chain of command all the way up to the local judge that keeps allowing this behavior from bad control freak cops and deputies.
