6. The sworn testimony of a person convicted of killing his own family, which such conviction could not have happened had the jury found him credible. So no, his self-serving statement that the jury likely found not credible shouldn't serve as the basis for finding error in a different trial.

14. How does AM testifying in his murder trial and admitting to stealing all that money from his clients after pleading not guilty to the charges relating to that affect what happens next? Do they still put him on trial, or is he now automatically guilty because he confessed to all the financial crimes during his testimony?
