25. Seems as if someone on the Juror is paid to tamper with the evidence. They're asking for way too much after the fact. They wanted Boatwright phone and now they want to see fingerprints. I'm praying that's not the case, and the truth is seen and heard.

Please, I need somebody to offer me a reasonable explanation as to why a jury would need to open up an envelope to closely look at the fingerprints of a suspect in order to determine guilt or evidence when the envelope will have the name of the person whose fingerprints are enclosed. Absolutely no reason for this unless they have currently morphed from jurors to detectives who are conducting their own personal investigation in the jury deliberation room. Absolutely ridiculous!

Asides from the fact this is not as complicated a case as others in terms of evidence, I could argue that these jurors were taking this serious and not purposefully taking their time but really trying to come to a decision, if they weren’t constantly requesting that they arrive late and leave early.
    I really wish they would provide us some info on what the makeup of this jury was as that would probably give us a better indication as to why they have chosen to drag this out for us long as possible.
    Jurors who really want this to be over and are serious, tend to opt for deliberating throughout lunch or staying slightly later.
    This jury however, want half days, full lunches and are unreasonably prolonging this process.
    There is no way this is not being done purposefully.
    Laziest and most incompetent jurors I have ever witnessed in a trial!

They have failed during this whole trial it’s like teaching a bunch of kids and after the lesson they understand nothing they had all trial to review evidence they payed attention to nothing.sad to say these 3 men are getting acquitted because there incompetence. maybe they deserve it

34. the jury could find them guilty but they have to give them new or lesser charges and they probably will have to. They're not getting 1st… you can probably rule that out. They weren't there to kill him unless they knew he would be at the store. The purchase there would prove they had a legitimate reason to be there.
