8. The lawyer who says there's no legal need to try the financial crimes is wrong.
   1. It may take 2 or 3 years for his appeal to be heard. If his appeal is successful, he can ask to be released while waiting for retrial. I think he pled guilty to some financial crimes but they should try a few charges with long sentences to keep him in prison if his appeal is successful.
   2. I think there is an easy way around the South Carolina rules. I'm not a lawyer but I bet some bank fraud and credit fraud crimes are federal crimes since they involve FDIC insured institutions and South Carolina's rules probably don't matter in federal court.

I think that the prosecution had stated that they are going to prosecute these cases and if I am not incorrect they are going to be heard in the same court and I really think that if and big if his attorneys were to get a retrial on his murder conviction then the fraud would keep him in prison either way.?? Why is it so hard to believe that he can and has manipulated the system but those accusing him aren't doing the same? Trust me when I say I don't like attorneys because they are greedy and he was greedy but that doesn't mean he is a killer. Collenton county is not who I'd want to investigate my murder because they'd do something wrong or not at all. Same
    with Dorchester and Berkeley county. People get away with stealing money all the time and they are letting him get away with it because then all attorneys would have to be investigated just as they should be.

28. I agree with the idea in the XXXTentacion trial that there are 2 who were involved in the murder. The other 2 helped plan the robbery, assisted in the robbery, and watched the murder and robbery happen.
    That video footage of Michael Irvin shows no wrongdoing. Look at how he slightly touches the woman on the arm as the two of them carry a conversation. The woman shows no reaction in the video.
    College students tend to drink and party frequently, so hazing is a thing that'll be uncontrollable off campus.

His level of use with these pain pills- narcotics are on another level that only a few could ever have. I would bet both of my hands that there are higher up people within his county & the surrounding countries that were engaged with Alex when it came to selling him pain pills. The public has in every way the right to know the names and faces of these people who are involved with selling Alex these drugs.

Aside from the fact that most attorneys would know any case can be overturned on appeal, even decades down the road, even Murdaugh's murder case, the financial crimes cases can expose more corrupt people. Most importantly, his financial crimes victims deserve justice.
