Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez’s body has never been found.

  1. This POS defendant is disgusting. He makes me cringe. He looks like a Cupie doll, but with Chucky eyes. Pure evil and definitely a danger to society. I hope the jury is able to keep up with this circus of a trial.

  2. The eyes the lead defense attorney kept giving ZA during Sadies' direct examination and giggling and chatting during very sensitive testimony was so unprofessional and was obviously being done to antagonize Sadie during her questioning. Considering how by the book the judge is, I was surprised he never corrected her, especially all that being in the presence of the jury.

  3. If zachariah Anderson attacked rosalio in the hallway on the 17th how did no one see the blood right next to everyones mailbox on the 18th

  4. I still think something weird about this her son should have been question to see if backs up her story and why she say call has been placed u will not know who where or when call in one week makes no sense I still this been investigated in everyday I watched his ex girlfriend to show Sat's drove her to police station and to talk police then later she said they talk at her home why she changeing story there thing need cheeked crossed off which should be done in any investigatetion any lead is meant followed there things that Don t add up

  5. Sadie is lightweight irritating me by being flippant with the judge and answering questions after the judge sustained the prosecutors objection. I understand her being irritated but she needs to respect the process especially for Rosalio.

  6. I know someone will have something to say but isnt it ironic how the state is showing videos to prove his guilt by basically stalking him. Think about that one for a minute. The only way that they know literally anything that Zach did was by stalking him.

  7. I find the defense attorney to be very unlikable, rude, condescending and annoying. If I were on this jury, she'd definitely get on my nerves with how she treats witnesses and the prosecution (yes, I know that as a member of the jury, they have to ignore that)

  8. There have been so many times during this trial that the judge appears to not even be paying attention to it. The part where he claimed to have missed so much of the defense's question and basically admitted that his time is wrapped up with time sensitive civil matters, can that be used for a retrial or appeal? It's happened a lot where an attorney will object and he seems not to know what is going on. Who knows if he is properly sustaining or overruling objections if he is not 100% paying attention to what's going on.

  9. I love this FBI agent. All she needs is ONE trip to a stylist to find out how she should do her makeup. And she could afford it. Honey, if you're reading this, you'll thank yourself for it. It will change your life. You see how beautiful you are and understand how to enhance it. I can see you care by the eye make up. But you need a more fresh brighter look around your eyes.

  10. This defense attorney is using a technique that unethical (defense) attorneys use. If you've noticed, throughout this trial, 99% of her objections have been overruled, which she knows will be. WHY? With every objection she has: abruptly stopped the state attorney's rhythm, broke the jurors concentration, caused confusion, and the judge(especially this judge) spends time explaining his ruling. Mission accomplished. If you'll notice this usually happens during critical parts of questioning
