Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez’s body has never been found.

  1. His attorney flirting during this very serious testimony is a clear dig at Sadie and is so unprofessional. Her laughing during sensitive topics is disgusting….

  2. Judge Simpson should have heard this case. He would not have put up that defense attorney. This judge wants me to beat my head against a wall. What is the point of his filibustering after every objection????

  3. She is very sweet and patient. I would have lost my $hit on him a lot earlier. He acted like he had the right to question her like she was doing something wrong and to hear that he cheated on her too. How didn’t the police do anything about this? He was literally stalking! He was watching her and listening to everything she was doing. So scary!

  4. It is so wrong to call the victim a “complaining witness” or “complainant”. It is ridiculous. The defendants have more rights and victims and families are sooooooooo wronged by our system.

  5. 5 days ago, I had to testify against my ex, a narcissistic abuser. Right before I went in, I took my glasses off. I’m near-sighted so when I was on the stand, I couldn’t make out eyes, facial expressions etc. I could only see shapes and forms of people . After our lunch break, the cross-examination started. I had my glasses on. Within 1 min of questioning, his lawyer told him to move over – into my line of vision & that’s when I could see his menacing eyes, leaning forward trying to intimidate me, so I took my glasses back off! I was then able to focus & finish my testimony.

  6. My opinion, its obvious Zach actually really loved her. They had been on and off together for like 15 years or so and its obvious his feelings were still very strong for her. And she didnt always push him away.. I mean they literally had two more kids just 4 years ago, and she was still calling him babe and baby in texts. She says it all was confusing to her, disregarding how confusing it was to him. Ive been through this similar situations. My ex cheated on me and i moved out, instantly she started harrasing me and calling my phone 30 times a day or more and 30 texts or more, til eventually i went back to her. I gave her a second chance, but i started hanging out with my friends moreso. She used to make it to where i literally couldnt hang out with my guy friends, i had to work then come home. But yet she could go out with whoever she wanted and cheat. It literally drives you crazy. Like really crazy. Ive been where he was at before almost exactly. And all of what hes doing comes from him being hurt or in pain from her. Women always say they want a guy whos not afraid to open up until we do and then they dont want anything to do with us. Why is that? Because if were making things about us, then were not making everything about them and they hate not having every single second of control over you. Thats all women care about is themselves, and their feelings.

  7. If she wanted his behavior to stop & was scared, why didn’t she call the cops? She had enough proof for harassment and stalking, right?? I think she did stir the pot a little bit(maybe unintentionally), by always keeping him & his attention as a backup. Terribly Sad for Jr.

  8. They never found his body… is it crazy to think that he might be alive? Cut himself somewhere or even put a tube or needle in his arm the way they do when you donate blood and spread it everywhere in the floor and in his vehicle. Could be a set up 🤷‍♀️ yeah Zach is a creepy stalker and abusive for sure, but there’s no evidence in showing that he killed him. I’m getting the feeling they might’ve planned to fake his death cash in on some life insurance and find each other in a few years somewhere else.

  9. 11yrs together, planned vacation months after. Should have been upfront, children could have spent time with Father. Sounds bitter, using her children to hurt doesn't help. Why were you afraid of him? With new interest for a month, Falling like a school girl. Can't tell her friends or Ex? Sounds like your daughter told your Ex, you should have been upfront. You just come off as hiding something…

  10. When do they present evidence this guy murdered someone? I've watched at least 20 hours of this trainwreck trial and seen none so far. A lot of evidence he was stalking and tracking his ex, but nothing about the murder

  11. has the judge been evaluated for cognitive issues? he rambles and can't recall what he says from one sentence to the next. This trial was really sad how they all acted while one person has lost his life in a horrible manner, with a mother who can't finalize his death and another man who will be torn from his children as well depending on the results of this trial.

  12. Well, one thing's for sure…Mr Anderson is definitely getting a zealous defense because his attorney is on my nerves.

  13. Question: If Sadie was in fear of her life then why didn’t she get a restraint order?? She wasn’t that scared. That’s why!

  14. Sadie”s mistakes: 1. She should never have engaged in conversation, text, etc. with Zack EXCEPT those pertaining to the children, visitation, their health, etc. 2. She should have involved the police early in the game after she learned she was being stalked. 3. After finding the phone stashed in her car, Sadie should have attached it to a long distance truck to send Zack on a merry chase.

  15. She is a great defense attorney. IDK what happened to her today. I think she found out how famous she's becoming and choked.Just believe in yourself, girl. Don't let emotions overwhelm. Walk right past them and trust your gut.

  16. And if the murder wasn't enough, this man used his daughter to corner his prey. This woman should have went to the police after the first scary, close up and personal sign of stalking! I think when it all started, Zach was attempting major gaslighting
