I feel better that a fair judge like Bruce Schroeder is a part of our legal system.
The judge is funny, but he doesn't make wise judgments. He released this shooter, which was proven to kill as he played police. In this case, where there is no corpse, convicted. A crazy guy

God i hate defense attorneys.. following this guys logic, the victim is dead, so we can't ask him if stalking bothered him so there was no stalking? Even tho the stalking was proven, there has to be evidence it annoyed the victim? Like what kinda logic is that.. The guy was talking tough saying "i want to find him" to his GIRLFRIEND.. of course he talks tough to her he doesn't want her scared for him and he doesnt wanna seem like a wimp..
There’s gotta be an age where judges are required to retire at. He seems like he might be at that age.

I do believe he did it but I don't think the state has proved it…sad but the Jury should be saying "not Guilty" by laws standard of proof. Guilty on the stalking because the state proved.
