Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez’s body has never been found.

  1. Since when do attys sit down and question that’s why she lost the case. She’s lazy the jurors pick up on that.

  2. Doesn’t the judge usually comment to the Defendant before taking them away? Or give the defendant a opportunity to say something?

  5. Do we know why the 1st trial was declared a mistrial…what would have happened within the first 2 days to cause the judge to declare a mistrial 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

  6. He is not company on this trial. When he goes off on his looking back. On his Life has nothing to do with this trial. I think this judge needs a cognitive test. He has done this several times. Then today he went on his personal life . He was rambling on that had nothing to do with this case. I would think this should be a mistrial
