1. The photo six pack should be thrown out. OMG. This guy should be working with gangs still, or some type of immediate police duty, like crowd or traffic control. Murder investigation takes attention to detail, meticulously note taking, theoretical thinking and high problem solving skills. No loose ends. A good detective takes responsibility to arrest the right criminal and make it stick by the complete evidence that has been documented. Above board following best practices always.

10. Im so sick of hearing this defence lawyer speak, it hasn't mattered who he has been talking with, he is extremely rude and condescending.

    Is interesting seeing how much this coppa fkd up the case tho, surely the prosecutors must be sitting there saying.. ok so none of what we have means anything without a proper eyewitness to honestly identify the offender.. makes you wonder if there was a conspiracy within the community to hide what really happened 🤔

14. Very skillful defense attorney, thorough and effective. He knew when to get a specific answer and each time it was jaw dropping. Shame on this LT & the prosecution.

16. 6:31 ice cream man’s hand is fully extended and appears normal. He didn’t have to manually open it. I’d like to see an assessment of how much use and strength he actually has. Prosecution has established that he was physically capable but I’d still like to see Dr report.

20. So Escobar argues to the judge that he wasn't interrupting the prosecutor, the interrupts the judge to the point that the judge yells at him and takes a 5 min break. Lol clown

21. Defense made a solid effort with Lt. Lugo, but prosecution rehabilitated him beautifully

29. I can’t lie the defense is doing a really good job of making this detective look really incompetent in his job and the investigation of this crime and his x’s clearly look like x’s and nothing like a 4

30. IMO it doesn’t matter what had a 3, 4 or both… the witness signed the pict of Keetley & only Keetley. If he thought the real 3 or 4 that wasn’t Keetley, he would’ve signed that one. So to me, the "you changed the #'s to fit your tunnel vision" argument is just another shiny object. (Commenting during testimony so this may be addressed later)

33. So many crime scene mistakes made as usual. There is no gun or clothing found. . Definitely think this shooting had to be gang related! They never found who shot Keetley. Did they even look hard enough? I highly doubt it.
