The defense team for Zachariah Anderson discussed a video clip from the trial that allegedly shows District Attorney Michael Graveley mouthing the words “die, die, die” to Anderson’s former cellmate Marquan Washington during his testimony. “I have litigated for years and years and years and have no intention of jeopardizing my law license or my career,” Graveley said in response to the allegation. The Law&Crime Network provided the clip in its raw form to the defense at their request.

  1. The demener of this so called state attorney is very unprofessional and argumentative and a personal attack on the defendant. I had to go through the trial from beginning to end to understand what was really happening.? I see now that the entire trial was hearsay. I didn’t believe that case could be found guilty on hearsay and not for a innocent cause.? So I went and found other cases that were the same. ??????

  2. 3/3/24 They coached him on what to say, for plea on his sentence! I don’t believe anything he’s testified to. Then later he remembered stuff from the case before. Sham for conviction! No need for Lawyer to repeat back.

  3. I watched this prosecutor do this with multiple witnesses but this one was the most egregious. The "witness" tells a story that doesnt even line up with what the prosecution alleges happened. They claim he killed the guy with a bat (no dna evidence mind you) but this prisoner says he stabbed him. None of this case makes sense. This prosecutor should be charged over his part in this case. Text book missconduct. Sad what our justice system has become…

  4. If you notice when the prosecutor has any questions and whoever's in the witness seat talks, the prosecutor mouths the witnesses words out of habit. I had some friends that would do that. As I talk… they would be moving there lips to my words just like the prosecutor is doing. It's Just out of habit. Very distracting and annoying but it was their habit. 🤣

  5. I know this was a month ago but if he didn't kill him, then who DID? & where is the body?? Odd he couldn't answer that question

  6. Beware!!! I would never trust a lawyer or prosecutor saying they would go to bat for me 😂 trust me I’m a lawyer 😂

    I trust no one!!!!!!

  7. The defense is aggressive, well-prepared, very, very effective, and always professional. They are doing an outstanding job. The prosecutor has no evidence ( I don't understand how they brought this case with zero evidence) but seems to resort to cheating and dirty tactics to convince the jury. It's a very bad look for the prosecution.

  8. How is testimony that someone said "die, die, die" in their sleep allowed in as evidence of anything? Even if it were true, (and jail house witnesses are always suspect because the State has control of every aspect of their life), the sleeping person could have been dreaming of anything.
Dreams are weird. He could have been cheering on a racer named Di, and that racer could have been a pink armadillo, or he could have been ordering a dyed cloth to a person who was hard of hearing, or he could have been casting a spell on an attacker, or anything else imaginable because dreams are imagination.

I do not understand why the overhearing of a dream has any probative value whatever.

  9. Probably the saddest part about this whole case is that 5 children will grow up without their father. And at least one of them traumatized. I'm familiar with trauma and bad relations with parents, but this is on another level, can't imagine. My heart goes out to them ❤

  10. The guy Zack is guilty as clear as day. He's also quite intimidating- He needs to go down and stay clear of his family, kids.

  11. This isn’t the first issue to come up involving Michael gravely. Remember the one where he had to literally walk out of the quart room, while eyewitness was testifying?

  12. Omg i noticed a few times that as a witness is speaking this guy has mouthed words being said
If they review the previous days.. they will see that this guy does that.. it’s not any type of intent
What a joke this defense is??

  13. I believe what the prosecutor was trying to get at was this man’s character was not to inform, that this is an exception.

  14. It says a lot, When folks are called into the defense to call out Mr Gravely.
    Mistrial.
Mr. Washington testimony is not true, in my opinion. IT SHOULD BE STRUCK…

  15. Zach never Coached his daughter. If he did, the state would be all over it..
Let's not forget, this is the 2nd case for Zach. Because state already messed it up the 1st time.
So gravley wants to win this case. It's absolutely Disgusting.

  16. Mr. Gravely is trying to Win this case, in all the gross, and slimy ways.. Including Sadie, and the daughter.

Zach is not getting a fair trial..

Mr. Washington was told he could get lesser time for testify to this case!! The defense has proven this..

The State, is absolutely wrong on so many levels. MISTRIAL!!!!

  17. This does not necessarily mean he is mouthing. In Psychology we have something known as empathic response. Where you are actually trying to empathize and encourage the person you are talking to. But this is equal to a tic and so the prosecutor should be careful and mindful

  18. This is absolutely ridiculous this should have been a mistrial a long time ago best judge should not be presiding over this case and he should be retired
