Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez’s body has never been found.

  1. What a waste of a life. So glad he’s gone away forever now. Justice was served. And as much as the judge rambled about too much unnecessary crap he was a great judge

  2. Praying for Saydee & Olivia ❤️❤️ along with the victims family, RIP ✨🪽

  3. Zack Anderson did not killed him the way they claim. 1. He could not have lifted Rosalio into the van without dragging blood all through the house or leaving his own DNA all over the apartment. 2. There would have been blood evidence found all through the van. 3. Very rare to see a body not discovered in these cases unless you're not looking at the right person. No DNA anywhere in the van, at Anderson's house, sink traps, etc. 4. His daughter was heavily coached by the mother and prosecutor. 5. The inmate Washington was told what to say by the corrupt prosecution. The prosecutor should have been removed and arrested. 6. Sadie was last to see him, and first to discover the scene. She immediately blamed Zack. I believe Sadie killed Rosalio with help after she found out Rosalio was seeing other women as much as he was seeing her. They should've investigated her. She was way too interested in this case. They met on Facebook only 3 months ago. And obviously not a serious relationship in his mind. He was dating multiple women and she was the obsessive girlfriend that murdered him when she found out.

  4. Sadie is acting like she is a family member or at least knew that rosalio guy super well. Ugh, I cant stand her.

  5. No reasonable doubt for guilt here. Poor guy. All because of shady Sadie. Putting an innocent guy in jail…karma, karma karma.

  6. Ironic that the victim was seeing more than one woman. This didn't have to happen at all. My prayers are for the defendant's daughter, she's a good girl, and I hope she has a good life in spite of all of this.

  7. So let's see if I have this straight with our corrupt justice system. There's no body but it's a homicide. I think that's called a missing person. Produce a body with the evidence & then u can call that a homicide. I believe the ex was obsessed but murder idk.

  8. I ALWAYS CRY when verdicts are read because there are so many family members who are so deeply destroyed by the outcome. You just sit and wonder where and why it all went SO wrong for these people in their lives to drive them to make such horrible decisions. It’s heart breaking. There is nothing good that comes from these decision other than justice is served, but oh gosh the aftermath that is left in its wake.

  9. There was a trial here in Georgia where there was no body, but the police proved there was so much blood at the scene the victim must have died. Sounds like a similar finding. To my knowledge no body has ever been found.

  10. They came to the same verdict I would've after watching the trial. I hope that those who loved everyone who fell victim to this monster can find peace some day. And I hope he rots, especially for using his daughter the way he did
    Disgusting.

  11. Prolonging the inevitable I call it. You know you're guilty but you get cocky and think you can beat the charge. This guy will never see the outside world again. He should have just walked away.

  12. If this is such a “Great Job” by the Jury, why are they HIDING.. Show their faces, where are the interviews??? Where is GMA, ABC,Today show?? Where is the JURY ??!!! Hiding in shame
