6. Of course read through comments before watching. Saw lots of criticism of opening statements. I wholly agree that Terry Sanderson’s attorney was a train wreck. Of all the attorneys, he was the best? Honestly, I had to fast forward halfway through. However, I enjoyed opening statement from GP’s attorney and listened through all the objections lol. I’ve worked decades in the legal field, and surprisingly, recently sat on a week long civil jury trial. When attorneys object at every little thing during opening statement…it just sounds petty…regardless of rules. Also, it sounds like they are hiding something. People dissing GP for her attitude…well I’ve gotten annoyed and rolled my eyes at far less. It’s a natural reaction to liars lying about you and then wasting your time and money. Also, at side bar, Sanderson’s attorneys hog up all the space. Lastly, I doubt I’ll be able to tolerate watching the entire trial. I sincerely hope Sanderson finds peace…that is if he can swallow his pride and but his obsession to bed. All the best to GP. Sorry you had to deal with this. Glad the jury got it right!

19. The attorneys in this trial, both sides, are a bunch of clowns compared to other similar trials. People, print out the deposition and hand it to the witness. The pitiful logistics is distracting.

20. This is the most unprofessional court I’ve yet observed. From His Honor to both sides of council, they do not seem to understand or follow procedure. Attorneys do not even know how to properly object. Astonishing….
