4. At 00:30 when he's using his hands to symbolize TS and GP he almost slaps his hands together showing TS hitting GP and catches himself and switches hands really quick to show GP hitting TS. And it just looks horrible which is why everyone is commenting on your lips. You had to have looked in the mirror before you went to court, which is why I don't understand why you'd be ok looking like that. The lawyer has to ask him what she said and he just says "she didn't say anything." lol. At least Sanderson seemed believable than this guy.

37. Problem with Ramon's testimony: how did Gwyneth get further down the hill from Terry if she hit him? Their skis getting tangled would have prevented her from sliding past him if he was lying down in the snow.

38. i don't think ramon actually saw the hit. his account of how the ski resort employees acted also sounds suspicious. so i think he's making up a story.
