10. According to the pictures he was drawing this murder was premeditated. I can’t imagine why he did this .I heard nothing about a motive but it looked to me that he was living better than most. Clearly the family was wealthy and would probably helped him in any educational endeavor. He really messed his life up and he took the life of another ( premeditated murder) for what appears to be no reason

18. I still find it wild that we try children as adults. Doesn’t matter how mature you are, you’ll never get a waiver to buy alcohol or tobacco as a child, but for some reason, committing a horrible crime makes you and adult all of a sudden.

19. One thing that I found to be very disturbing was that picture Aiden drew of a demonic maniac with a knife in his hand and a sinister look on his face! It's almost as if he was referring to himself as a homicidal murderer who was planning on killing somebody with a knife. Then that other drawing of what appeared to be a naked murdered girl with blonde hair and devil horns buried underground seems as though he was characterizing that to be Tristyn! He was planning this horrible cold blooded murder for quite some time before he finally committed it, so that pretty much sums up my point!

    When that vile creep eventually gets admitted into penitentiary, I highly doubt he is gonna like it!

My oldest is 10 and she loves horror movies so weird monsters and weird stories are laying around her room but there is a HUGE difference between making up horror stories and what that boy drew what he drew was sinister. So anyone watching this and maybe has a kid who draws some weird things you 100% would know the difference from just liking weird things or wanting to take a persons life.

31. I feel terrible for Tristan Bailey and her whole family. The sentence for Aidan should've been death because no amount of years spent behind bars will bring this sweet beautiful angel back to her loving family. My heart breaks for her family and friends 💔 😢

    The other children made a lot of comments about him being from around the block but his house is beautiful. Huge compared to my family's, and my family is nowhere near poor.
