1. Lawyer says many people go their whole lives with MPH but have no symptoms. They don't know they have MPH unless they get a brain scan. In the next sentence he says evidence shows Terry had no symptoms, and Dr. Gibbe says because Terry had no symptoms of MPH before the crash, the problems he's having are due to a brain injury from the crash. How could he even assume any brain injury was the result of the crash, much less decide Terry didn't have MPH prior to the crash when they admitted there's often no symptoms of the ailment? It makes no sense! That conclusion is a fallacious argument, obviously meant to confuse and deceive the jury.

Paltrow is being shredded for her 'look'😅 But she's not there to be judged on her bad pouty lip injections or ugly old turtleneck, or her looking bored or inconvenienced😆 I would look mad or inconvenienced too if a guy is wasting my time, the courts time and jury time on a false accusation of having hit and run on a ski accident. Listen to the facts, the evidence of the medical records for Sanderson which prove this man had head and back injuries WAY before his ski accident. And if they were exacerbated from the ski trip, now the jury has to figure out from evidence and testimony which story seems factual cause its he said she said (and that 1 "eye witness" who's Sanderson's isn't credible). He's all smiles in a photograph taken right after the accident if he was so concerned about his friend Sanderson having been knocked unconscious by the accident.
