4. This Judge said the most beautiful things to the family. I agree with him that she lives on in them, and don’t let them forget how beautiful she was. I just think that Judge gave wonderful words of wisdom and encouragement to the family and loved ones.

5. I am not at all surprised about the statement from this amazing judge. I went to high school with him in Maryland. I remember when our whole school heared his mom died in a really bad car accident. He was only 17 I think. It was awful and everybody in our high school felt so bad for him because he was the nicest guy. Doesn't surprise me at all that he grew up to be such a decent, caring person. Proud to have known him!

10. I feel so much sadness for this family. I lost a furr-amily to murder some 20 years ago. And the people who murdered my dog were never caught as far as I know.

    I know it's going to take a long time for the family to start the healing process.

15. The compassion shown by the judge was amazing to see, and I truly felt that he helped this family on their long road ahead to recovering. I wish them all the best. They are an amazing family, and they deserve to be happy again.

16. The judge actually sounds sad and depressed. He's clearly a genuinely good person, and so was Tristyn. The only bad person here is Aiden Fucci. He's a real monster and is now where he belongs.

25. Tristan’s fathers look at the very end (looking at Aiden) was the look of a soldier right before he kills. A very strong father to be able to have the restraint he has. I’m not sure if I would have the same restraint. Prayers for the family and their loss. 😢

30. This Judge, R. Lee Smith is speaking the Truth while he takes the compassionate way to speak with Tristyn Bailey’s families. Sadly we had a younger brother, Jody,who was helping his boss close up her business for the day on the evening of December 21,2000. Two males entered her business PRETENDING that they wanted cigars, then they pull their guns stole all the money in the cash register, my brother and his boss were standing together with their arms and hands up, when they shot my younger brother Jody through his heart. They were sentenced to Life In Prison, and every few years they show up for The Alabama Pardons and Parole Board, and We, Jody’s families show up there ALSO. Last month, February 2023 with letters and my picture of Jody we went to ask them to please do NOT let those 2 armed robbery AND FIRST DEGREE MURDERERS OUT. PLEASE do NOT allow them out to hurt and murder others, do NOT allow them to put other families through what we have gone to. They try again in 2038.
