8. Hats off to Mr. Owens – his apology was great. He fully owned it – he didn't say the common phrase so many others say "If I offended you…." He said flat out "I was wrong, I was being an a**, and I ask your forgiveness". Very remarkable. Wish more men and people in general would do that.

10. i disagree with comments on the attorney's lack of professionalism.
    he basically invalidates the witness' claim on her father's health prior to the accident by pointing out that she loves her father and therefore may potentially claim in his favor in the case

11. I’m shocked at people’s automatic hatred for everything Gweneth does. Hearing her children, hers and her ski instructor’s testimonies paints an accurate picture of the incident and Gweneth should win the case.

23. The plaintiff clearly had a ton of heath issues prior to the accident and is going for a payday. How can your attorney mess that up so bad that he actually apologizes in open court to a witness?
