Whenever you’re stopped by police for whatever the reason might be, ask if you’re being detained or not. If the answer is no simply leave, if the answer is yes then say your full name and I want my lawyer. Never run away if detained.

I watched this twice now and in my view it was clearly police abuse. The way that policeman behaved showed he had some serious mental issues. I hope he was reported and is no longer in uniform. A disgrace.

I think the cop was kind of a jerk telling the guys father to go away. He should have given him a ride to the apartment so he could get his I.d.
