10. Transient disorientation doesn’t always mean there is a concussion. And concussion doesn’t often mean a long term “traumatic brain injury “ which is what he is trying to claim in retrospect. If he had had a TBI he would have had difficulty managing regular life yet he travelled all over the world and did some vigorous activities and mentally challenging travels so he did not have a TBI that could have cause the chronic issues he claims he has.
    I wonder how much Gwyneth spent on her defense, because it may have been more than $300,000 with all of these experts. She really wanted to make a point with this guy she felt violated by his claims. No one wants to be falsely accused of someone else’s suffering.

19. Is this a neurosurgeon? An Urgent Care is not necessarily qualified to diagnose a concussion. You can have seizures even 20 years after an initial concussion. A neurosurgeon should’ve taken the stand.

20. So it sounds like he experienced the mild concussion and disorientation that anyone would have when you run into someone else skiing downhill. But then he decided to take that and exaggerate the injuries into something larger with the hopes of getting 3 million from a famous movie star. He’s a sneak and thought it would fly which shows some level of narcissistic tendencies. Amber Heard suffers from that as well.
