1. My client was driving in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He saw a police car belonging to the Martinsburg Police Department. Desiring to express some protected First Amendment speech, he flipped them the bird – the middle finger. They immediately pulled him over. A federal civil rights lawsuit is currently pending.

3. Those two officers and possibly more that allowed that to happen are nothing short of domestic terrorist. I hope you win and cost the taxpayers money, one day individual officers will be able to be sued and held accountable for individual actions and ignorance

   1) FU is and can be interpreted as a sxual advance which is lood.
   2) 1st amendment does not work with words that are intended to incite violence. If you tell a person at the bar to FU, it will result in violence.

6. In light of all of the evidence, including a recorded deposition and other videos, made available to the public, when should we expect your apology video to GBRS Group and its members for the irresponsible and defamatory statements you've made against them in your videos?

   Given all of the exculpatory evidence provided to the public in GBRS Group's favor, why have you still not removed those defamatory videos from your channel?

   Considering only your part in the unwarranted and evil attempted destruction of GBRS Group and it's members, will you be capable of restoring GBRS Group and is members for the financial damages that your defamatory videos have imposed on them?

   How do you plan to make reparations to GBRS Group and it's members for the social and personal harms that your defamatory videos have caused them and their families?

   Would you be willing to change your investigation and reporting methods in the future to be more truthful and personally responsible?

   What do the members of your church congregation think of your irresponsible and dangerous reporting on this matter?

   Would you be willing to participate in a video interview discussing your unwarranted claims and attacks against GBRS Group?

   Would you be willing to meet with GBRS Group members in person to make your formal apology?

12. A disturbing trend in a lot of southern states government elected officials are pushing through legislation to further enhance qualified immunity for police officers along with 25 foot buffer zones to discourage filming police.
    As you say “ freedom is scary “ well it’s getting really really scary because every time they loosen the ropes on these police dogs they expand their ability to wreck havoc on the public. Just like the only Supreme Court ruling they know is Pennsylvania vs Mimms which they subverted in order to harass and intimidate and add money to the coffers

Officers got what they wanted, they punished your client with roughing him up at the scene and having him jailed for three days, they do not care that he will most likely get a cash settlement, after all it’s the taxpayers who foot that bill not them or their union, so until you can get the officers who abuse their badges to pay out of their own pockets they will continue to act as judge and jury, and no doubts haven a good laugh at all of their wrongdoings at the station briefings
