I have been a ski instructor since I was 13 now 73. You don’t need to yell in the mountains, it is a quiet serene environment. Even in difficult situations such as run away skiers, skiers hurt I have never YELLED at anyone or any situation. And I have not heard another ski instructor yell at anyone. I call BS.
Why did he sue her? They were friends, right? Skiing together? OK, there’s an accident, why would you sue your friend? He’s a jerk.

Why did it take 7 years?
This was one of the most absurd craziest hearings of great significance. The behaviour displayed and testimony by Mr Sanderson was most bizarre. Ms Paltrow lawyer was top drawer.

im not a fan of Gwyneth Paltrow in the slightest, in fact in fact I'm quite the opposite. in this case it was clear that someone was was attempting to exploit and/or take advantage of her

I found Terry and his legal team to be very unlikable and irritating. I thought I would gag if I heard “I’m just a country layer†again. What does that even mean? Most of all it seemed to me like Terry was splitting hairs to make his injuries look as bad as possible. I work in an emergency room and I’ve seen people in car crashes that were rendered paraplegics that didn’t feel sorry for themselves like Terry did. It just seemed like Terry had it pretty good… and he wanted it better
Of course he would lie on the report because really both of them should be suing the resort and instructor because the lesson should have been on a closed area away from other guests and the instructor should have been aware and alert of their surroundings and they obviously they were in an area that had guests skiing and close enough to cause a crash without warning and the instructor is responsible for the safety of the guests and should have never had the lesson in a Publix area and this wouldn’t of happened because skiing isn’t predictable and happens in a half a second and there’s nothing you can do about it and thank god the kids didn’t get hurt

That is a load of BS about V-shaped skies versus Gwyneth's cruising behind him. For one, one can go forward on V-shaped skies, one shouldn't use the edges though.
