Any criminologist will tell you, and statistics prove that eyewitness testimony is the most unreliable evidence in any case period. I think it should be used the same as a lie detector test, inadmissible in court.

So they use an EYEWITNESS whom is human, not forensic scientific evidence?! Wow this is sad and he passed d a Polygraph test and that doesn’t matter but a failed one would put you on the cops radar as a number one suspect?! Even with that given the evidence and his family as witnesses stating he was home eating dinner you still convicted him? I︠truly feel the system failed and a killer is free! If a man has a background, not excusing it bc that’s awful, that’s not a reason to convict!!! Wow from hearing all this I︠feel he is innocent!
