  1. while theses Georgians sound like a bunch of Cletuses, these programs are used in almost every state. While I was aware of the Fed to OTS (*state's Office of Traffic Safety) to local PD pipeline, I have never seen it so clearly outlined.

And the local media is happy to carry the water for that copaganda.

  2. How many serious crimes took place that day and were not responded to because the amount of police were doing what they like to do best and that is pick on easy targets. It is about money and moreover it is about reducing the statistics of crime numbers. Crime is coming down because we are arresting more people for crimes than we did last year. What crimes? Break them down and you will see it mainly consists of traffic violations. Speeding! Put up speed cameras, oh no, cannot do that as the money does not go to the police.

  3. Good thing that citizens has a second amendment right to defend himself from a tyrannical government. God only knows how these tyrants would treat the citizens if they ever found out the citizens have no rights.

Litigation after the fact only further proves this point

  4. Its an extortion money game, cops taking the chance driver doesn’t have a dash cam to prove its an illegal ticket or the driver can’t show up to fight it in court. I’m sure there are statics that the highway bandits reference. And without a dashcam your fleeced and the porkers know this. Cop talking fast so he can hurry and up his quota.

  5. Unfortunately the money comes from citations written rather than convictions. Some lawmaker needs to change the law. Contact your State and federal representatives. Works just like MADD. Citations written not convictions. leads to a lot of bogus DUI charges.

  6. How long can a person take to read a ticket before signing it? I would assume 15-20 minutes, just like they take to write a ticket. Inform the cop "I wont sign a legal document before thoroughly reading it"

  7. The officer on the corner is the one who lied. They had a spotter in plain clothes standing at the street corner with a radio. He told the trooper he saw a cell phone in his hand, that's why the trooper said 'you didn't see that guy on the corner.' So this trooper was relying solely on his buddy and he looks like trash because of it.

  8. The cop didn't care because the cop has qualified imunity, and the compensation is not comming out of his pocket, in this case thecop should be charged with falsifying evidence and racially profiling this driver and all lost wages and costs should have too be paid by the officer directly from his pocket or pension fund or by his union for supporting corrupt actions

  9. Good thing that citizens has a second amendment right to defend himself from a tyrannical government. God only knows how these tyrants would treat the citizens if they ever found out the citizens have no rights.

Litigation after the fact only further proves this point.
