  1. go call kely en wanda I do’t if the name wanda is but they help him they do cold justic case they good way they want do DNA wtfk they know 😡😡💩

  2. The police department and the judge owe this man big time. How bout some accountability on their parts? Run the DNA and put it on fast track, put your proof on the table or let this man go home…with compensation. But, how do you begin to compensate a man for the years he missed as his children grew up? Dig deep judge.

  3. My name is joseph ewe i like to say i was jamies best friend n prison he actually got out of prison like 30 days before i did and he wanted me to go to florida with him and then the second letter i got from him was he got arrested for a ten year old murder jamie was a good man and a stand up guy i knew him for a couple years o think we absolutely spent every day all day and night together he only mentioned that he once got investigated for a murder he had nothing to do with he definitely never confessed or bragged he was a nice guy and i gotta tell you jamie would never cold bloodedly kill someone to protect his family…maybe a gas station attendant for money..never happened love ya jamie

  4. Only reason I would think the DA wont let them test the DNA is it could be one of the DA's family members who actually did this crime.
There should be a FEDERAL law in place that if dna wasnt tested in a case and some 1 innocent in prison wants to have it tested and paid for not by tax dollars then they have that right.
And this right here is why I quit schooling for law 4 credits shy of graduation. Our judicial system is so whacked and I want nothing to do with it!

  5. How in the hell could 12 jury members find him guilty if there was only evidence of jail house losers testifying his confession and a eye witness not identifying him 4 times prior to him identifying him on the 5th time. It's not like he wasnt in the first 4 line ups. It saddens me that 12 people would be stupid enough to believe this bull shit. Shame on the jury members

  6. It stinks they won’t test the DNA but I’m not sure what good it’d do anyway. They had fingerprints which didn’t match Jamie, footprints which didn’t match Jamie, eyewitness descriptions which didn’t match Jamie, lie detector results which didn’t match Jamie and yet they still convicted him.

  7. So, let’s get this right. Jamie lived right on the other side of town from Billy Little’s murder. The ONLY way he could have travelled that distance and commit the crime is if Jamie had a vehicle. But Jamie did not have a vehicle, so they said Susan must have driven him in her vehicle. That is the ONLY way they can make it work that so that Jamie is the Killer. Yet Susan was acquitted in a court of law. We KNOW she did not drive him. So, what does that leave? Apparently Jamie Snow has a magic carpet.

  8. WOW!! No DNA test? They refused, claiming case closed. That is BS! They know he'll be going after them in a lawsuit. Don't give up & fight those MF crooked cops until you win.

  9. This is clearly a case of injustice if there ever was one and it just goes to show how absolutely screwed up our legal system is because if this poor guy could have afforded OJ Simpson’s legal team, he’d be walking around free. This poor guy has been completely railroaded.

  10. share this video with everyone you know, sign petition, as long as we remember this case state feel under the pressure to pursue further

  11. If there is dna then test it! Why on earth would they have an issue with testing it? It’s never too late to correct a wrong but not doing so or hiding the truth like this is sickening.

  12. That's sad. That the police did all this because their asses was to lazy to get out to find the real killer and wanted to frame this innocent man for no reason. Everyone involved in this needs to be prosecuted and charged and fired. Especially the McClain county DA. And I hope his family sues that town for everything they have for taking his freedom away from him all these years.
