4. The Defense Attorney is doing their job! Do you guys realize the Miranda rights states that “if you can’t afford an attorney, one will be provided to you…” so they may not want to take the case, but they still have a job to do, despite what anyone feels about Leticia. She is an American citizen and therefore “innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.” It just mind boggles me how people don’t realize that.

5. I listened to her jail calls, she was perfectly fine. She was like “My case is a high profile case,” yada yada yada… ( did you catch what I did there!? 😂). She was being picky at who contacts her but now after family that wanted to connect with her, probably heard those phone calls so now only Aunt Brenda sends her money.

6. Letitia's prison experience sounds fun. Couldn't happen to a nicer person.

10. The prosecution’s “experts” were terrible! The droning DNA guy from two days ago, the lackluster jail psychologist today. Leticia Stauch was the prosecution’s star witness, thanks to Albert’s excellent work. Albert is the hero of this trial.

11. Her response to his body being found is crazy, she might as well have just said she did it. I had never heard that detail before.

18. In the relatively near future, feds are going to figure out how to compel service providers to produce cell tower information for text messages by suspects in serious crimes. The legislation will likely be buried in some unremarkable bill that no one is paying any attention to, which will pass without anyone taking note of it.

20. At the end of the day's proceedings, it's so disrespectful that the defense table is talking amongst themselves the entire time the judge is speaking and giving direction. I kept hoping he would stop and tell them not to speak while he's speaking. It's distracting, unprofessional, and rude.

21. The way the defense attorney is treating the prison mental health clinician is disgusting. They are clearly attacking her character and the quality of her care because they have absolutely nothing else to base their case on. Those phone calls with AL were incredibly damaging to their case and this witnesses testimony sealed her fate.
    GUILTY!! Good riddance Letecia. I hope you get what you have coming to you in prison.
