The cops were absolutely to blame for this tragedy! They regularly give up high speed chases for safety reasons, &, in continuing this one & allowing some 600 rounds to be fired off, I'm surprised that more innocent people didn't lose their lives that day! The police responsible, at the very least, should hold some sort of accountability & face discipline & retraining measures.
