Sherese Bingham was killed with her own gun on a walk with her German Shepards along the banks of Indianapolis’ White River. The dogs circled her body and were aggressive towards anyone who tried to approach the victim. Cops believe she tried to make a phone call before she died.

What a tragedy! I can't believe he (EUGENE BINGHAM JR) got away with MURDER. It was SO OBVIOUS he DID IT. 1) The POS was having a full blown affair with another women for 14 years 2) His story "The dogs must have done it" was LAUGHABLE it was so ABSURD.
3) Her protective German Shepards were familiar with Eugene. He's likely the only person those dogs wouldn't have torn apart, limb for limb.
4) The life insurance policies.
Personally, I think the cops could have done more to make those charges stick. I've seen suspects tunnel visioned by police who've been CONVICTED (wrongful or not) with less evidence. I liked the Aunt's response when asked if she had anything to say to Eugene, what would it be? Her comment about Sharese's spirit being present was spot on. I'll take it a step further. I hope Her spirit is haunting him to the ends of the earth and beyond. I hope everytime he closes his eyes, he sees her in a manner that's brutally disturbing. I hope her spirit is making his life a living hell on earth and beyond.

It is amazing how easy it is to get away with murder. I mean… everything points to the husband. They have motive and opportunity and fingerprints yet they can’t touch him. Yet in other circumstances with less proof they’re able to convict.
