17. This is a smart person with excessive training in tactics. He must have emptied his bank account prior to that, and taken all the cash money with him, no way to record transactions if you pay in cash. All Latin American countries down there are corrupt, cash fixes all issues with missing documentation. They can even register him with a different name and give him a birth certificate as if he was born there with a completely different name, DOB. He might be living in one of those countries right now, and I can tell you it is really difficult to track him down once he crosses the border out of the US. I feel bad for the family of the victims, and I'm glad the 17 year old got back home safely. I do believe this man kept a lot of info away from Hanna.
