Bodycam video shows the moment after a 52-year-old man escaped an alleged kidnapping while being shot at by two suspects on March 9. In the video, the alleged kidnapping victim is talking to police with heavy duty zip ties attached to his wrist and apparent duct tape hanging from his neck. Nobody was injured. At last check, one person was arrested in the incident.

Very scary. These cops are acting like they couldn't be any less interested. I mean, the dudes were shooting at him after he escaped & the cops are like "let's take you back outside"… If it were a woman, it would have been so different & that's sad!
Crime in the U.S. right now is beyond rampant! Our justice system is extremely flawed and our DA's aren't doing their jobs!
